Have questions before you book? You're not alone. Here are the most common things customers ask us before creating their dream porch setup.
Nope! As long as we have access to your porch, our team can complete your setup without you being home. Just make sure any pets are secured and the area is accessible.
Most porch setups take between 30 to 60 minutes depending on the package size. We'll notify you when we get started and again once we have finished.
You have two options: keep them for as long as you'd like, or add our optional cleanup service on the package product pages. If selected, we’ll return at the end of the season to remove your pumpkins and take them to local animal farms.
